General Item Return Policy

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your order free of cost within 24 hours after placing your order. Any cancellations on orders placed on our website after 24 hours will incur a 5% handling fee. Once your order has been shipped and is on its way to you, it cannot be cancelled. Please see our return policy to return your order.Please note that custom orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.

 

RETURN POLICY

We aim to offer the best quality toppers for our customers. We consider your satisfaction as our top priority. If you do not satisfy with the wig after you get it, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Our customer service will solve it for you. We offer the return instruction as follows:

If you want to return the item, please email us first to state the problems with 7 days of receipt. You can send us some pictures of the topper to state your problems. We promise that we would give you a satisfactory solution.

Any items must be sent back complete with the original package. If not, you will be charged a 50% fee OR you can opt to have the items sent back; and the reshipping fees will be charged.

All packages should be sent via a trackable method. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Please note that all toppers should be returned back with our permission, or you should take responsibility for all bad things during shipping. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation in advance.

 

 7 Days DOA Product Guarantee 

If one or more of the items you received are damaged, different or not working, you will be protected by this guarantee.

Below please find its procedure:

1.Within 7 days of receiving the product, contact us with a photo or video showing the issue and whether you want a refund or replacement;

2.We will review your claim and contact you if we need more information

3.If approved, we will arrange a refund or a replacement of the defective product, and you may be asked to return it. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

 

Unable Return Policy

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

1. Delays caused by the buyer providing incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

2. Delays in delivery caused by any force majeure incidents, such as natural disasters, bad weather, war, public holidays and customs issues.

3. Un-insured orders that are lost or stolen.

4. Delays in delivery caused by any other beyond FREYJAHAIR.SHOP control. 

 

Pls note: The shipping address on the parcel which you received is not return address. We are not responsible for any lost items if you return the parcel to this address.

Refund Policy

If you want to receive a refund, your unsatisfied items can be partial or full refund depends on the situation.

 

You should state a specific explanation and clear corresponding photographs documenting the reason for the return.

Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service.

Please allow 5-7working days from our receipt of the returned goods for a refund to be processed.

You will receive a confirmation email once the transaction has been completed. Please allow up to 1-3 working days for the funds to reflect on your account.
